Yes, the key you recieve should give you all the preorder goodies
I was interested in the Kelpie robes, but 300 dollars is a bit much of an ask for just that (I didn't care about the rest of the collectors edition stuff.)
So pre-ordering the basic version was fine for me.

On number 3 you get an ingame robe set and a mask. But while doing #3, you setup a wizard with a house / wand / patronus that are supposed to be importable into the game or something like that. So that is pretty big!

edit: nevermind, gamerant.com says it will be exclusive for a year and after that it may be unlocked for PC gamers
well, who knows? I have not even decided for sure If I buy it.
