you mean Honeydukes? Honeydukes is in the game. The only thing that wouldn't be in Hogsmede in 1890s is the Shrieking Shack because like the Whomping Willow on Hogwarts ground it was built as an accomdation to Lupin as a student
Yeah but the things I remember were a pub, a candy shop and maybe a few other mentions in the location. It didn't seem that large. Of course this is good for a game as the less known about it allows them to create without fear of messing up canon.
There were two pubs in Hogsmede. I don't know if the 2nd one, Hogs Head is around in the 1890s. We just know that Abeforth Dumbledore's brother was the landlord between 1991-1998
