Wand Customization?

It's something that might be small (for some) but for other wizards out there wand style is just as important if not even more important than power alone or even size! How can I represent myself and my feelings if I can't decorate my wand with some fingerpaint or wondrous little bits of ribbon with a splash of sparkles.

You could even implement a size scale slider so people can find that just perfect size for their wizard or witches wand, for those who want a small wand and others who may want a whole staff in their hands. Heck, we could even allow an option for wizards without wands, it's important to include all sorts of witches & wizards even if they lack the proper spell casting equipment to be considered a real witch or wizard.

It's been hinted at by devs over at twitter that wand modification is a thing. But it isn't known if that's limited to looks. Or if they also bring other merits to the table.

I'm not sure if I should be laughing of baffled that you fell for that.

Would be hella cool to wield a wand with dyed wood (a DIY RGB palette, instead of a shop item) and just stylish junk that can be bought on stores such as ornaments and the like.

Same for brooms.

I think there is wand customization, because you can import your wand from Pottermore based on what I read, unless the information is being conveyed in a very weird and incorrect way

I'm wondering how wands might affect casting (if it does at all) or if it'd just be cosmetic adjustment. It'll be cool if we're allowed to customize our wands a bit though.

They told in the video number two that we'll have got the possibility to customize our wands, and even made modification( going more upp more fast...) and we could bought theses modifications in shops.

I mean the wand chooses the user. So changing the core might change the properties of the wand therefore making it incompatible with the witch or wizard.
