"Slow the game down to a crawl" has, to my knowledge, never been true of a AAA title that uses Denuvo. Total War: Three Kingdoms runs like a dream on my last gen computer even with high unit scale.

denuvo is only useful for single player titles so what you said doesn't make sense. Hopefully the implementation is not going to damage performance too much as it usually does but we have 2 hours to refund in case it ruins the experience.

Denuvo is ever evolving and there is no such thing as quicker cracking, it's always changing and the latest versions are getting extremely more difficult to bypass.

And by the way the only person cracking denuvo is not only taking ages to do so but only does if paid and has a huge backlog, this game will probably take at least one year IF it ever gets cracked. Games are not expensive, buy them.

Well i think its also proven that if implemented propely it dosen't affect performance to a noticeable degree, for if it lowers fps management rushed it in(mosts likley in all games) or bad devs
