If I were you I'd just wait until the game is out and respectable channels (like Digital Foundry) go over the performance.
Me personally will be able to run 1440p maxed out or just about maxed out at 144fps or close to it. So I would likely get it on PC even if I had a PS5 just for the graphics and performance and the fact that I will get the shop quest later.
