It IS an Xbox One/PS4 era game. It just happens to be releasing on the current gen consoles first because of superior hardware.

I'm sure a big patch will come up that I have to download the day of the game that will add how much space the game takes up.

Oh that’s cool, I didn’t know that. I was just curious about the size, but a day 1 patch makes sense

Basically, on my xbox I can preorder a game and it will pre-install it and set aside the necessary space for the game to download with an initial downpayment, so to speak, of GB and when the game releases the rest will be installed so it takes a lot less time to install and start playing because the foundation was already installed.

Makes sense since I've seen Xbox pre-load get priority. In that case, definitely curious if pre-load gets expanded to PS and PC.
