It's all that really matters here , really . Even if this game was made by a beer company that never looked in the direction of a video game, this would sell like crazy . "Wizarding World" is a strong brand in itself
Plus the power fantasy of being a Hogwarts studant. Even if it's bad , the experience will have been worth
The hype is just too big for that not to happen.
Still - what I am hyped about is not a perfect game that makes everyone happy and ticks all boxes. What I want is to run around Hogwarts, cast a few spells, see a little magic.
The idea that only a perfect game is worth spending money on is very weird to me. Some of the games I had the most fun playing were incomplete or have been simply regarded as bad games.
Also - I have seen the gameplay trailers. There was enough content for me to know I will enjoy the game.
If I learned anything from my last 2 pre-orders (Jurassic World Evolution and Shadow of the Tomb Raider) I can safely say, ♥♥♥♥ the hype.
Both those games didnt live up the expectations and left a sour taste.
So if you hype something up and it doesnt deliver, its all on you. Not the product.
Every developer starts somewhere and they're relatively young.
If you're cautious about pre-ordering then wait for impressions when it's actually out.
The serious reviews of course , not the boycott ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
And dont read kotaku please... dont open the trashcan.
They just didn’t only make Disney game, they did also make Just Cause and Call of The wild etc
