Options as a computer users. (You have a computer, not a Mac, that is just the OS)
1.Install Win OS (atleast until ARM, then it is 100% goodbye gaming) bootcamp
2. Accept mac OS often have issues and is not supported in all games
3. Have both a computer/laptop with Win and Mac OS.
They indeed still have, but that is actually changing.
Then keep playing Tetris on a Mac.... lol
A Mac is a PC.
Mac is merely an OS, you can install it right now on your machine, if you wanted too.. you could easily have Win, Linux and Mac on the same machine and boot up whatever you needed... its rather easy to do.
People make the mistake, of thinking that the "hardware" is different when you have one or the other OS, but it is the same, atleast until Mac goes full blown ARM.. but then you won´t see people complain, since they wont be gaming anymore with that, atleast not mainstream games.
Mac is exclusively apple. So when people say mac, they KNOW what the hardware will be able to accomplish and that MOST (honestly, almost all) games are not compatible with either. Try pushing your glasses up your nose a little harder there.
No it is not.
You can install the Mac OS on any machine you want to.
That is what you fail to understand here. You can install Mac on your machine as well...... Its an OS.. Actually (while premade Mac computers) are 3-5 times more exepensive than already (premade Win Computers) they basically have the same hardware.
IE. a friend that bought a premade Mac, have the same hardware inside as I do, some of the brands are even the same (I often use ASUS, so does Apple for their machines)
So until you see ARM take a hold, there is no hardware differences. You can at anytime, install windows or linux for that matter, on your computer with Mac OS and boot it up with windows and run games perfectly.
The issue, is that most people don´t understand this simple fact or refuse to use any of the 3 OS´s for their strongsuits.
