For the digital product yes (at least right now). There is a Collector's Edition that you can buy but it's not available for PC yet. It has all the Deluxe benefits plus a few other goodies. Who knows, maybe it will also become available on steam on a later date?

I've also been wondering when it says 72 hour early access, will this mean we get to play the game 3 days early before it gets released on Feb 10th if we get the deluxe edition

well i already bought the standard edition since its cheaper and getting the other free items is not worth it, I was planning to get a refund and then buy the deluxe edition but i change my mind so ill just keep the standard edition

I don't think 3 days earlier access is worth the hassle.

I personally by deluxe editions as of principle, but that's just my issue. ^^
Luckily I do not buy that much games at all.
Otherwise this would rip a big hole into my wallet, as some deluxe editions (Ubisoft was pretty good with that) go up to €99. :O

I bought the deluxe edition on a different storefront, was just going to buy the standard edition, but I thought that the exclusive dark arts battle arena might be something cool so I ended up going for the deluxe edition.

I bought the FO76 special edition specifically for the early access. That was a total fiasco and definitely not worth the hassle. Since they are two completely different products, I am hoping the 3 day early access will be worth it for this game. But I'm still not expecting them to have a "Day 1" patch ready until the official date of release.
