I will guarantee you that, unless the game is Direct X 12 Exclusive, your 1050 ti will be able to run the game at 1080p low/medium settings with at least 30 fps.
The 1050 ti still supports DX12 (as long as you have windows 8/10) it just struggles with all the heavy visual stuff like global illumination and volumetric fog, particles, that kind of stuff.
1660 ti is RTX 3050 more or less.
