Is the hat included in the Deluxe Edition purchasable on steam? I see it advertised on the store page, but I cannot understand what's the difference between "Deluxe" and "Digital Deluxe". They're advertised as 2 different products on their insta story, and I am confused.

Sadly they moved the release date and aren't doing the 72 hour early access for ps4 players or certain xbox's anymore, and are moving that to April 4
