Set your price up like any other companies WB, what the hell.
Russia is blocked from all payment systems and all and the war is going on, so understandable; but what the ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with Turkey apart from the f'ed up economy?
Price your game accordingly, even if it's 60USD/EUR's equivalent price in Turkish Liras, and let the people pre-order, easy.
Sadly, it's not gonna happen. Too many people from developed countries abusing the system and the game priced very high even in Argentina, Brazil etc. So even if they publish the game in Turkey, it will not be lower than 699-799 it seems.
