Can't find ship Star Trek Online

I just was promote to Lt and I got my new ship using the free tokeen. I named it, but its nowhere to be found... Is this a bugg?

Did you go to the ship selection? You must go to the ship selection officer then select ready ship.

If you mean you can't find the token, it doesen't appear in your inventory. it's more like Energy credits. Exept it doesen't appear in the "Assets" page.

Yea go to the Ship Selector Officer and you will see a list of all your ships. Select the new ship and at the bottom press "ready starship"...you will notice then a symbol of a starship appear by the name of your new ship which means that ship is ready for you to use.

go to the other guy i dont know his name but he stands near the stairs and then you can choose your ship.

That's the bug this guy is talking about, the ship is not int he ship selection screen with all your ships. I just bought a new ship, and went to select ship, but it's nowhere to be seen. I have no idea what to do for this bull crap.

Same deal. Went to ship selector and nada, just my miranda class freebie. I bought the escort but it's not there. Does it take time before it's ready?

Having same issue as Scythe and Dark_Ra. Just bought a Carrier after being given a free ship when being promoted to Lt. Commander and it is nowhere to be found. Pretty irritating. Ship selection just shows the initial ship I was given. Looks like a glitch/bug.

Just found it in my overflow bag (pretty sure it is called that) in the inventory. If you guys didn't check that spot, i'd bet my money it is in that location. I never even knew the overflow bag button existed, it is in the lower left corner when you open your inventory.

same to me, I got promoted to Admiral and received my last free ship, I bought the Sovereign class and it didn't appear, but from what I've seen from these comments, I'll check my "overflow" area in my inventory
