Hi, if you mean replicate the baloon gun, you can't really replicate it. It is the only one your character has. If you have multiple characters, they might be able to do the anaversary mission if its in their log and get another that you can then transfer over to you main guy. Other than that you can buy them on the exchange, from other players or wait to see if the mission is repeated next year which is unlikely in my opinion.

Yes they are random and you can't really control them, they just do it but you can try to hold down the button when you activate it. It will most likely not work but you can try, i have not tried it before. If you can't do it then theres no other way to. Unless you can hack or mod it.

They also changed the Balloons from when they orginally where released. It created load of lag.

Yeah they change size and shape almost every time you use them, but most of the time i get klingon ships.
