The advanced fleet crt h features 2 critical chance does it stack with more than one? If i had five would that give me 10%?

The Advanced Phaser Array's special proc gives a 5% chance of extra crit severity - not chance - and the amount of severity scales with the number you have equipped (up to six). That 5% happens each time you fire one, so if you have six of them (theoretically speaking), you'd have something like a 25-30% chance per firing cycle of seeing the proc hit.

And yes, it's different than the actual weapon-mods, which are for that weapon only.

The +2 critical chance you're seeing is from the CrtH mod, which is a standard weapon mod, and as such is for that weapon only.
