Can't Select A New Bought Starship

I bought the Dhael War Bird and I received a new ship. When I went to the ship selector the only ship there was the default one you get for being Romulan. How do I select the Dhael warbird??

Do you remember if a pop up window came up asking you to rename your new ship?

Either way, check your inventory for a crate, sometimes ships that dont get put directly into your ship selector list show up in your inventory as a crate. If you dont see it there, check your zen store under ships or the ship and shuttles requisition officer at a shipyard and find the ship that you bought and look where the 'purchase' buttons are...there should be one that says "claim". You can click on that and it will be put in your inventory as a crate or in your ship selector list.

This. I had a similar thing happening after buying one of the Odyssey cruisers. It was in a crate in my inventory.

Check your inventory; sometimes the ship goes in there; you have to right click to use them, and they will appear in your ship selection pool. All ships from Cstore usually appears immediately after the purchase.

Keep in mind that if your character is not high enough in level to use that ship, you don't see it. You can buy a ship that is higher than your level, but you can claim it only when you hit that level, and that's when you will see it available in your ship selection area.
