Why can't I enter Memory Alpha?

I'm on my mission "Taste of Home" and about to turn in the mission. I plot my ship for the location Memory Alpha on the map. It took me there but when i try to enter it, the GUI didn't come up and the tag of Memory Alpha didn't appear. Does anyone know what happen to Memory Alpha?
