ISSUE with Skills Tray
Hi,
I don't know why it happens but the game has problem with skills tray (both in space and ground) - each time I login or change character I have to rearrange them again...

I have 3 rows open - the 1st one is ok, but in 2nd and 3rd the icons with the skills I drag to tray - simply disappear and the game duplicates some of the skills or puts the ones I don't use o_O I have checked the "Lock Tray" but it still happens...

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Yeah this is an on going problem, there is a minor solution, but it will break after a while and you will have to do it again.

Empty your tray of all skills and delete your loadouts.

Land on a planet Eeath space dock or you faction fleet base, any where that you are on the ground. Open up character/ship tab and remove all items from your ship.

transport back to system space NOT SECTOR SPACE.

Now replace all your items and put skill back into your tray

Now create a new loadout and save loadout.

Remove one item from your ship into your inventory and then load your loadout.

Should be good to go, hope this helps

I contacted support. Here's what I got.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

As a potential workaround, you can try the following steps:
1. While in Sector Space, setup your desired powerbar/skillbar setup; BOFF stations; and DOFF active stations.
2. Save it to your existing/main Loadout.
3. Open your character window (press "U") and select your current ship
4. On the lower-left corner of the character window, click the button "Switch Starship"
5. Go back to your character window (press "U" to re-open it) then select your current ship
6. Wait for the "Switch Starship" cooldown to finish, then click it again to switch back to your main ship
7. Go back to your character window and select your current ship again
8. Select the "Loadouts" tab, and then save your current configuration

If this issue consistently affects your character (i.e. "all of the time"), please provide the character's name@handle, and a clear description of what exactly happens with the character, and under what circumstances this is seen, on this thread: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1254191 Please be as detailed as possible, the information and character (that is affected all of the time) will help the relevant teams to reproduce and isolate this issue.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding on this matter.
