star trek online how to craft omni-directional beams

Does anyone know what doff I need and how to get them to craft an Omni-Directional beam? any help will be apprieciated

Ririna Tenksi, Beams, Energy Weapons Officer
Doptid, Beams, Energy Weapons Officer
Drolid, Beams, Energy Weapons Officer

One of these (possible others). Either from exchange, c-store r&d boost packs or you can run the "r&d assistance" assingment from personnel officers (space adademy for example) which sometimes drop these aswell.

Naturally also need to be L15 in said school.

I might add, the "r&d assistance" assignment is the only way to get 'Gumarre', the Aegis R&D officer, as it binds on pickup and therefore is not tradeable.

Delta Recruits however get Gumarre automatically via reward when they reach enough R&D levels.

most likely something that cost 3000 zenn or more as a package thanks to perfectly corrupted world entertainment. better know for its official name perfect world entertainment thats all i got to say about them sleezbags ruining a good game.

yes you would be right but pwe is so horrable being a star trek fan cannot in good sense not try to warn people that would get into it just becouse thay are a star trek fan like me.lets just say when the world gets tired of the scamming bs that plagues the idea of free to play and decide to ban free to play becouse the consept is crimanaly flawed on the line of is it legal or crimanal to begin with. thare are alot of games that are free to playand being turned into free to play being turned into how far can we take this before geting into trouble every time. i bet a billion dollars thare is no free to play game that the content gets manipulated making the game unplayable or not fun without paying in kidneys only to be nerfed out all over agian for the other kidney before the first transplant is even healed. as i see it its inevitable. becouse no game developer has shown thay can do it without taking it too far before long.and when it happens not if it happens its going to be star trek online that was great before it was free to play or another sifi show based game that has a fan base for the show older than online gaming in the 100s of millions that will be the breaking point of having free to play getting banned.

I am at the point in giving up the game myself waiting for dreadnought online i hope it is good :( if not i lost hope.

I am waiting for Heros of the storm or dreadnought online .. I am playing marvel heros now until i see something that sparks my intrest again :/
