Promotion but no new ship?

I looking for help? i have been playing the game for about a week now. When i first got promoted i was offered a new ship by the admiral, which i got and current use.

I have been promoted twice since to commander and now captain. On both occassions the admiral told me to pick a new ship for free, which i did and box opened basically saying are you sure. i click ok but the ships on both occassions didnt arrive in my inventory.

there is space in my inventory for them as only have 2 ships and when I try to buy them again it wasnt dilithium to make the same purchase.

I have made a ticket twice(once for each promotion) but not getting any response. Is there a way to get these ships that never arrived in my inventory?

Did you visit the ship selector npc and ready your new ship on both occasions?

I obtained the ship from the ship sector npc, but when and i used the token the admiral gives you to purchase the ship for your rank...but its not in my inventory to select and click ready starship

its just like they have vanished

Yeah it happened to me it was in my overflow bag even though i made room only came out when i made enough room for all the stuff in the overflow bag.

Kane you are a STAR...they had gone into the overflow. i didnt even think to look in there as didnt know starships could fit in bag space.

No prob it happened to me at level 10 i know what it flees like.

Funny how the forms are when all people do not help but make the situation much much worse :)

I hardly play sto much because of the lag issues but now i play marvel heros ^^..
