Any Canadian STO Players Unable To Access The Zen Store?
Many people are having problems if you read the "Steam Wallet" thread but they get an error message. As you may know, the recent Canadian currency update on steam might be the cause of this problem.

If you are a Canadian STO player, please try to access the zen store and click buy zen, does anything come up for you?

There's no way the dev team could have foreseen Steam's updates screwing up their payment system integration. Blame Valve for this.
Gah. I also can't get at the $$$ I put into my Steam Wallet.

Again, Valve's fault. If you still want the zen, just wait a bit. I'm sure this issue will get fixed eventually. It's only been a couple days, and I'd bet the devs are pretty busy as it is getting things ready for the expansion launch on Tuesday.

When I put in a support request with Steam, they told me I should contact Cryptic/PWE. I contacted Cryptic/PWE in August, and they told me they would look into it. Nothing happened, so I contacted them again this week and got a similar response.

I suggest everyone with this problem put in a support ticket with Cryptic/PWE and ask them to address this problem. The more people that contact them, the more it seems likely they will realize how many people are affected, and how much money they are potentially losing in zen sales.
