Romulan Science Ships
So I made a Romulan Science for the Delta event. I am happy with the skills and manipulation, haha ohhh yea that is fun. However, I seem to be at a total wall when it comes to good science ships. Looking for Commander Science and a second science. Hopefully a intel spot, and a fighter.

Any suggestions? or am I asking for way to much? With fighters, intel and gravity well, would it be overpowered?

i just did the same thing myself , the only commander science i could find was the hanom i think its called , i ended up changing to the scimitar which has a lt, com universal which can be used for lt. com sci and a lt sci slot , then i went for a faeht intel ship which has a lt. com sci slot and an ensign uni slot , you can only get the commander science with the hanom unless you go the lockbox route .

Unfortunately, Romulan's don't believe in science ships, or at least, Craptic doesn't believe they should have any. You can do a Romulan Science toon, but you'll have to either go with the Ha'nom, Haa'kona, or the new T6 D'khella BC. At least if you want gravity well on a boff. That being said, it's not impossible to do a Romulan Science toon, just really hard to do one. I have a Romulan engineer toon myself, and since the Romulan's focus on cruiser-like warbirds, that or a Tactical toon is better.

Romulan ship selection is poor, overall. Once you make your faction choice you can access those ships. You will be best served from buying a Zen Ship, regarding pure science and romulan themed ships.

Federation is the only one that I know of that has Science Vessels (you can allways go with Romulan-Federation an choose one of these or choose a Ha'nom Guardian Warbird):

Lt. Commander (Tier 2): Nova Class (Aurora & Quasar are the Refit's)
Commander (Tier 3): Olympic Class (Horizon & Hope are the Refit's)
Captain (Tier 4): Intrepid Class (Discovery & Cochrane are the Refit's)
Admiral (Tier 5): Luna Class (Sol & Polaris are the Refit's) & Destiny Class (Oracle, Trident & Nimbus are the Refit's)

Zen Ships
Odyssey Science Cruiser
D'Kyr Science Vessel
Caitian Atrox Carrier
Multi-Mission Reconnaissance Explorer

This is not correct. If your Romulan is Federation or Klingon allied, you can use the allied ships up to tier 4. Tier 5 and beyond are off limits for well established reasons.

Also Klingons DO have science vessels, they just don't call them that. Look up the Gorn support vessels. If you are a Romulan, the Fleet Ha'nom is currently the best and only option for a serious endgame ship (outside of cross-faction ships).

This just goes to show that engineers and scientists make little sense on the Romulan side. The lower subsystem power, battle cloaking and tactical slant of their layouts make most Romulan ships only really suitable for tactical captains. Engineers in Starfleet or KDF cruisers will always out-tank Romulans and scientists have much more selection in their rosters.

Your only two real options for a 'pure' Science Warbird at the moment are the Ha'nom and Dyson Science Destroyer. Both are T5(U). Of the two, I'd recommend either the Tac or Sci ADSD - don't build it around 'Tactical Mode', use that as a situational tool. DSDs, in general, excel as drain-boats, which makes the warbird power penalty a much smaller drawback.

That said, there are several warbirds that can hybrid into science decently - the Deihu and Faeht being the T6 front-runners. Both can run a Lt.Cmdr Sci and have a universal that can be adopted to Science as well. Deihu has 4 science consoles and up to 5 science boff powers; Faeht has 3 Sci consoles and up to 4 science powers.
