Transwarp and Dilithium

Hi everyone!

Just need to ask; A) When do I unlock more transwarp locations? B) How do I get Dilithium? C) Do I unlock more warp speeds?

I get Dilithium for destroying ships, but I don't know where to look to see how much I have. Does anyone know how to get Dilithium? That sounds so pathetic, I know, but can anyone help?

transwarps depends on a lot of things , you get some as you level up , you get them from doff diplomatic missions and different ships like one of the fed heavy cruisers has every area for transwarp , then you get them for delta an dyson missions . you get dilithium for lots of things , if you make one of these new delta recruits you will get 500 dil or so for every story mission , but there is tons of other ways to get dil too . stf's , doff missions , its all over the place .

I have Dilithium ORE, but how do I make the Dilithium worth something? I really want to try a new ship!

hit your inventory , click the assets tab and click refine dilithium .

Inmsense questions ;) . In short ,dilithium is used as a currency along (or alone) Energy credits (EC) to get gear from Fleet stores,u need it to run some Duty officer missions,u can exchange it for ZEN (AKA Gold coins=real money currency) trough exchange at a rate of 200 dili = 1 zen (as is today,that changes with the market). U may also need dili to buy items at the dili store (locked boxes,u need a key to open it, 1 key = 125 zen = 25000 dili sort of ) or some expecial weapons,hangar pets,etc. Warp destinatios...it was pretty good explained by Maskedmarvel, while u progress in the game ,sometimes by exploration,sometimes by running missions or completing duty officer assignements,u unlock new transwarp destinations. The warp speed u can achieve while n sector space depends on your warp engines,ship,rank,specialization,etc...multiple factors u cannot control in the most part,just enjoy ;P ,there is no a huge difference between warp 9 0r 12 ...u may notice the duration difference..for ex,the odyssey cruisers,have a 60 sec warpdrive duration.Most of the ships are 30 secs. Addition: To "get" dili.....u can obtain dili ore and refine it at a rate of 8000 dili ore a day,running missions, STFS ( PVE events) ,foundry missions (user created content missions) ,duty officer missions and completing reputation tasks.

You don't require dilithium to get a new ship, unless you're wanting to try a level beneath you or you want to reacquire a ship you've gotten rid of previously. You get one free ship per rank, so you can upgrade your existing ship from one tier to another without spending anything.

Unlocking new transwarp options is done either through the story (as mentioned) or by completing Diplomacy (FED) or Marauding (KDF) DOFF missions.

I believe that certain Rep projects (i.e. reaching T1) also award Transwarp locations. Or have they changed that?
