STO Vendors
Where are the vendors to get certain equipment i have a ancient power cell which says in the description that i can hand it in to get equipment or Ore

NOw where are the vendors i dont see a store in the reputation menu??

The ancient power cell belongs to the Delta Reputation. You can find it under your character screen -> reputations. You can either exchange it there for dilithium or put it in a project for items that belong to the delta rep.
