Nukara was their first attempt and is, well, a bit rubbish. No wonder it's usually empty lol.
Nimbus III is tied into episode content pretty heavily, not sure if it really counts as a true Adventure Zone since it's not tied into any of the Reputation stuff although it has a number of daily repeatables.
New Romulus has mission content attached via the reputation, so is worth playing through for that alone (and BTW you can get over 100 marks in less than an hour with the sector space patrol plus daily plus radiation scan at the same time, but it takes less effort to just farm Epohs I suppose). IMO it's the best example of the concept, the way they integrate episodic content with a semi-open world.
Dyson has story content attached like NR, but once you unlock the daily missions you might as well just run the queued PVE or ground zone stuff for marks. IMO they made the "pick-up" sphere "space" missions too low reward in comparison. There's still plenty of players in the ground zone and Undine battlezone though. Dyson Ground's a particularly good source of Dilithium.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the DIZ the first adventure zone? Either way its about as bad as Nukara.
