Keybind editing questions

I've been away from the game for a few years, and recently trying to return. I can't remember my the keys I use for my keybinds. I exported my keybinds from the game to "keybind.txt" and when I open that, I see what looks like hex code where key button names should be.
I.E. 0x49 "+TrayExecByTray 2 2" ""

I originally used STO Keybinds to create my keybinds, but no long have my old files.
I need to either be able to import my keybinds file into STO Keybinds, or I need a way to be able to understand the contents of my exported keybind.txt file so I can reconstruct it in STO Keybinds.
Anyone have any ideas what I can do?

keybinds is saved to each character so, if you changed them already, they should still be there.

They are there, which is how I am able to save them to a keybind.txt file. The problem is, in space, I can't remember which key is assigned to do what. The keybind.txt file does not tell me which key is bound to what. If you look at the example I gave, I don't know what key 0x49 is.

you can check that in the options menu. that shows exactly what each key does.

I wish it were that easy, but from years ago, using the STO Keybinds app, I set my spacebar to activate everything in Row 7 and Row 6. Under Options/Keybinds, the Spacebar is not listed. Alt+Spacebar, however, shows up for "Fire all weapons," but, there's no listing for spacebar by itself. When in battle, I tap the spacebar and it activate rows 7&6. There are a number of keybinds I made using STO Keybinds that do not show up in Options/Keybinds.
