Why can i not find my costumes which i bought?

A round chistmas i bought me some items for the Game. Some uniforms where also under it. But when i play as my romulan character, i can not find my romulan uniforms by the shops. Where is the problem?

Did you open all the boxes that came with these purchases? If you did, hopefully they were account unlock. In the tailor shop, look for the check box that say Show unowned costume parts and uncheck that, then look through the pull down list at the top of the look store.

The usage of some costumes are limited by faction and/or gender. The costumes you are talking about may not be Romulan-useable.

If they are Federation costumes, if you have collected the Kobali BOFF (hidden in the maze in "Dust to Dust") or have other Federation BOFFs (if you are Fed-allied), check the tailor settings for them, the costumes may be accessible there.

Can you get the Romulan Republic uniforms for non-Romulan characters?

This game takes the amazing character editor from Champions Online and puts so many restrictions in place based on faction, gender, and other factors. Mostly to prevent clipping which we still get clipping on combos that are allowed but also so you don't get a bunch of space bikini warriors running around Earth Space Dock. KDF has them out of the gate because they get Orions as a species directly.

Best bet is to cycle through the different types like uniform/off duty and check the different chest/lower options. I had to play hide and seek with a lock box outfit this past week.
