next event: red alert
the website have however had errors for years. it says that only one red alert have a fail condition but, they all have a fail condition. they are timed and if the time runs out, you fail.

which means that they can be finished without incurring a afk/early leavy penalty of 30 mins.

no, that is still possible to get. i did get an afk penality once. i also got a leaver penality once. the chances is low, as most players performs well enough to enable a victory but, penality is still possible to get, just unlikely.

yes- but a few tfos didnt have any failing option at all, forcing you to either defeat it or eat the penalty...

my point is that the website contains incorrect information. it says that only the tzenkethi red alert have a fail condition but, the truth is that all of the red alerts have a fail condition.

well the other ones were more benign in terms of gameplay on normal, thats it, insofar you are correct. sry for my misunderstanding.

The Tzenkethi red alert has a gameplay fail condition *other* than just a timeout, though: allowing the "friendly" base to be destroyed.
