Can't seem to 'complete tutorial'...
I'm trying to buy the Lifetime Subscription through Arc, but it keeps saying that I can't because I haven't 'completed the tutorial'.

I've now run through all tutorial missions listed for all factions on the Wiki: https://sto.fandom.com/wiki/Tutorial

I have completion logs for all listed missions. What am I missing? My primary account is Starfleet, and I've got quite a few hours into that. It does appear to correctly sync my Steam launcher to the Arc account.

Any help is appreciated.

Just in case you somehow missed these:
You need to do a 'follow up' mission that is mostly going to a place and talking to someone(s).

In 'regular' Starfleet's case, "Welcome to Earth Spacedock".

Assuming you did that one to completion, and it still doesn't let you purchase the lifetime sub, then something is clearly wrong.

How do you know this?
Double check it, as this may be the issue; I have a hard time seeing how you could have played 'hours' on Starfleet without passing the mentioned follow up mission.

Thanks for the response.

It looks like 'Welcome to Earth Spacedock' shows as completed in my logs a week or so ago.

As for double checking my account linkage, I guess the only way that I came to that conclusion was that by launching the game through Steam, it brings up a launcher that allows me to click my user name. That takes me to Arc's site that has my profile and whatnot, and I can go to the store (while logged in), and try to purchase the subscription.

It then tells me that I need to complete the tutorial before purchase.

I've also tried with Ad blockers off, in case the issue was on my end.

I guess I just need to submit a ticket, but I was hoping to catch the sale that was going on this weekend. Bummer.

So the Welcome quest is still showing as not complete? Have you talked to Admiral Quinn on Earth Space Dock?

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Life and whatnot doesn't always allow for video games like it used to haha.

In my Captain's Log, it shows Welcome to Earth Spacedock as having a start date and a completion time. Something like 14 minutes. I was messing around exploring the ESD.

Just so that I'm clear, if a log in the Captain's Log file has a completion time, that does mean that the mission was completed, correct?

I've also spoken to Admiral Quinn many times over the last few weeks. Sort of enjoy RP'ing getting missions from my admiral while I'm at ESD, so I don't think I'm missing that step.

I can't seem to find any further tutorial missions. I'm guessing there's something goofy with my account linkage. I really should just submit a ticket...

Just for the sake of anyone searching for this issue in the future...

|x|SiriuS|x| was on the right track. It was an account linkage issue.

While clicking my user name on the launcher that pops up when playing the game from Steam did take me to my correct Arc user account, the account you play with once you actually 'Engage' is not the same account.

I found my un-linked account name (and there's probably a better way to do this...) by sending a message in the local chat and seeing what my account name looked like to everyone else. Turns out, that account name was different from the one in the launcher, and thus different from my Arc account name.

After that, I simply issued a ticket request to have the accounts linked and customer support had it done within hours.

Afterwards,I had to authorize my computer again, but it appears all my characters are good to go.

Thanks for all the help.
