In general though, I like resilient shields on ships like that. They allow less bleedthrough (5% as opposed to 10% of all other shield types) and that ship has plenty of room for shield heals to make up for the lack of shield cap/regeneration.
My opinion, Elite Fleet Resiliant shields are easily the best ingame. I use [resB] due to the fact that it resists the damage type the only dangerous NPCs deal.
Borg are easy, always have been, Voth are kinda annoying, most of the damage there though is your own reflected. The dangerous ones currently are the Iconians with their stunlocking and AP, the Undine with their grav wells and AP, and the Vaudwaar.
They're the only ones that have ever been threatning to me at least.
ResB is also decent for what little pvp I've done, as everyone is using AP weapons, tank for those and you're set 80% of the time.
