Can you access all content or do you need to buy expansions?

I see there were two paid expansions, do you need to buy both to access all content, or do they just give you extra stuff like ships, suits, etc?

The latter. There are NO paid expansions. The packs you are likely looking at are bundles of purchasable ships and other items that were released with said expansions. The content itself is completely free.

The ships within the bundles can be purchased individually, which is highly recommended (if going to purchase at all) as 75% of the ships in the bundles are low-tier and you will not be using them for long anyway.

I'm going to buy the Command Starfleet Battlecruiser Bundle today most likely. I played the game when it first came out and you had to buy the game and have a subscription, then played a bit back in 2013, I am back again now to go from level 50 to 60 and see the new content.

I subscribed for only one month when it came out, then in 2013 I played as f2p and leveled to 50. I did not get a free T6 or an email.
