Missing ship

So I ranked up today and it supposidly gave me my new ship, but it is not in my ship list, and i have open slots. Would having a full invintory somehow cause it to not give me my ship?

you have to talk to someone about recieving your new rank, part of the reward is a new ship token.

You probably have a ship requisition that can be used by visiting the Ship/Shuttle Requisitions Officer at any starbase.

I talked with the NPC, and my chatbox said I recieved the item. I don't see it on the ship list npc, and the mission was "completed". My invintory was full at the time, and somehow I think it tried to give me a token but could not.

So am I SOL?

look in your inv it may be in a box.

No, go see the Req Officer and browse the list of ships. Some will require a ship token, others dilithium, ship modules, zen or some combination thereof. If you are playing as a fed, look at the Sovereign Assault Cruiser, it should show that it requires 1 ship req & also that you have one available. To the best of my knowledge, that is the only place that the req shows up.

If it still doesn't appear, then report to the Fleet Admiral to recieve your promotion/orders and try again.

It isn't in my inventory, which is why I asked if having a full one can scew me over. If it did give it to me in a box, but i had a full inventory, and it isnt in the overflow, then I am probably ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I put in a ticket, but I doubt it will be answered for a long time.

I had the requisition when I selected to purchase it, now it wants dilithium, it was one of the first things I checked. Also, I saw in my chatbox that I recieved item cruiser.

I put in a ticket, I just hope it doesn't take long.

edit2: I guess the inventory overflow is laggy today, I checked it again, and it was there with a few other items.

In the ship store you have to Filter through the ships wrong level and on sale to find the ones that are free with the ship token. If you blow the token on the wrong ship, there is no help for that. I know the token is not something that goes into inventory. Need to pay attention to bottom right corner as you cycle through ships, pass up the zen, dilithium and fleet currency priced ships.

Also please go to the bank and put some stuff away in the bank. Sell anything you can on the exchange that you don't need, that is not bound to you. What is left that is useless or outdated, sell to the recycler. Stuff like R&D resources go into the R&D tab of your inventory. No excuse for having a full inventory, you start out with 60 slots in inventory.

for Lt Commander, it was Cruiser, like the upgraded Constitution from the movies, you can change the looks to an Excalibur or Exceter. Just got one today.
