Equip your Kit. How?

I'm stuck. dont know how to equip my kit.
Please help

you have kits (like mine barrier) , open your inventory and character window , drag it in one of the empty slots above your character model , done

kit frames and kit modules are sometimes class restricted an example for kt frames would be if they are listed for engineer for kit modules blue are for sci red is for tac and yellow is for eng. all items in the description list whether they are restricted to a specific class or type of ship also if they are universal meaning they can be equipped on any class that will also be noted. also for ease of equipping you can always click on an empty slot and a list of every item in your inventory should pop up allowing for ease of selection. an advance tip is if your are in an area with access to a bank and or a ship selector you can also view the items from those on your list so you dont have to go to those specific areas to access them.
