What you are looking at is most likely either Delta or Romulan bundles which is just a big stack of ships and stuff (most of which are utterly useless btw) which you can buy if you want to. Cheaper still then buying all included stuff separately.
I remember when Dstahl said "we are now removeing emblems and other ♥♥♥♥ to make it less confuseing and grindy."
now we have like 999999 diffrent types of marks and ♥♥♥♥ right back where we started.
this game was good and was really good long time ago. but now im afraid its a cash cow.
out of 10 things that come everytime they patch only 1 is usually good.
they even removed the omega rewards you got from the elite stfs so getting space weapons take hours upon hours instead of minutes.
they also reduced dilithium gains across the board. :/ sucks
they also reduced EXP gain across the board getting to level 60 now takes ♥♥♥♥ long time compared to before.
Game is full of Life Time Subscribers, many of which tell the players that they can get anything in the game with just grinding (you can but it's extremely unreasonable).
Any argument about how hilariously broken the game is is quashed by the Community Manager.
I addressed most of this in my review:

ah yea... sorry for that resparded (replace the p with t) laugh. Now, as for the video, it's the one titled "How I Roll".
Nothing worth mentioning. 500 Zen a month allowance, a few account perks, little else.
