Is there another Phoenix Redemption Store other than Grym teh Vendbot? Grym no likey my freebie Epic Prize Token I have left over from whenever we got those for some reason and doesn't see it as currency.

You can just double-click the token in your inventory and that will open up the menu.

Right on, will do. I looked at it's pop up drop down and everything but never thought to do that. I think I'm gun shy of double clicking anything in this game for fear of bind to character gotchas. Lolz, the little whatchamajiggets are bound to character to begin with anyway. Thanks

Also the freebie Epic Prize token is not an 'Epic Prize Token' but a 'Epic Ship Prize Token', double-click it to use it and get it's own list of ships you can claim.

but you can't claim any of the ships though if you already obtained them via retired events

So in my "reclaim rewards" menu I've got the "Prolonged Engagement Phaser Beam Array" and "Prolonged Engagement Phaser Dual Cannons" which also happen to be rewards you can get with the Phoenix tokens. I don't remember...was there an event that gave us these for free for our entire account? Or did I buy it with a token and it unlocked it account-wide for me?

They were originally an event reward, yes. Practically everything in Phoenix was... the ships for example are all the event ships from 2014-2019.

Oh huh, so buying it from the Phoenix store unlocks it account-wide. Are there other things in the store that are also account-wide unlocks?

no, phoenix store has no acc wide unlocks afaik, the phoenix versions are always per char.
op mightve unlocked it while it ran, or during the first version of player friendly, "invest tokens in events and or keep a few till you got enough tokens" versions of the event system.
or bought the event completion with zen what have you.

Huh, well according to the sTO Wiki page, the event that gave out this item was before I even started playing...so unless they offered the same reward again in a later event and it wasn't listed...

With the gold phoenix token from the event, this shows up to be reclaimed by all your characters in the reclaim rewards tab of the event shop, so that one token is technically account wide, these are different than the ones you get from the packs, the last one was in june. They run good events all the time now for ships and things though, the pheonix that just ran was giving away upgrade tokens, the big main event I just got 5 ships from and still have a ticket left over. Got to play at different parts of the year for that though. They usually tell you whats coming up in the game launcher before it happens. or in this link

sigh to repeat. there was for about a year a time when you could invest "event tokens" on old events thus getting acc wide unlocks event though it was over.
its over now. that sysstems gone
