buying zen problem..

got money on my steam wallet but when i'm in game and trying to buy a ship it takes me to Arc website instead steam wallet? anyone have this problem lately?

Oh? Well don't get me wrong, not claiming that is the problem. Also i did not know wether the bonus applied to steam zen purchases or not. Steam wallet has just always worked for me, and have never seen any kind of bonus from it because I usually buy zen when there's no sale/bonus XD.

Just i've been playing STO long enough to know they can and will make cash grabs. It could be a temporary thing with steam as well due to the "cache" problem. Could be something entirely different. Hopefully a fix is incoming, and I'll still be waiting to see where/what I spend my money on.

While I don't know what it said before, if you go to buy zen and hover over the "buy zen" button the popup says "click to open a website to buy more zen"

I have the same problem. It just links directly to Arc. (Attempted re-install to no evail). I am unsure if the problems lies with Steam or Arc.

Having the same problem. my brother had no problem before the discount 15% started.it took him to steam.then i tried after the promation started and it sent me to the arc page.PLEASE i heve 20.00 buck waiting to recieve the bonus! Fix soon i HOPE SOON! Thanks

My info shows about 1800 playing on Steam maybe many more are on ARC and they don't want or care about Steam player money.

option for steam wallet is back online and the arc site is not popping up -
