Temporal Recruit Box?

What do u have to do to get the box? Because the TOS story is way too long to do right now. What part of the story are they going to give me the box?

If you mean the transponder, it's right after Agent Daniels timeskips you to modern STO time and dumps you off at the new-style Earth Spacedock.

Yes, that means you have to complete the entire TOS-era part of the storyline first.

Everything after that is not time-limited.

fun fact : you can use zen store ships after you finished the tutorial , so feel free to use whatever ship you unlocked , the tos era has its own "space dock" where you can switch your stuff but there is almost no option in using ground based equipment from the event store , that one is locked until you reach the post-timeskip era

Also you will need to get to the time skip (battle with the Klingons is just before this) before July 23 end of event to get the transponder apparently. I never did the temporal event on my main with talking to Phillip Crey near Admiral Quinn's office, so I'm not sure how this works for non-temporal recruit event characters.

You can't do the event with an existing character; it only applies to characters that are of the appropriate faction AND created during the event.

In other words... Non-recruit event characters never get a transponder.

They (as well as recruits from the other recruit events) just get the account-wide rewards that you have unlocked, from Crey himself (vendor style menu). (Or from the equivalent Klingon officer if you're Klingon faction.)
