Common Dual Phaser Pistol Location?

I *thought* you could buy the common variant of the dual phaser pistol at Drozana, but apparently not. Is there anywhere you can source this? It's my favorite captain weapon.

Yeah, but I haven't yet unlocked that. Brand-new character.

At least I have the compression pistol. That's nearly as cool of a weapon.

Oh for sure. It's just I'm trying to land specifically dual phasers and STO seems to be rather skimpy on that. The other factions have them, but the federation doesn't seem to sadly.
