How do you aquire an ISS ship?

How do you turn and USS ship into an ISS ship? or how do I get an ISS ship? I want to start looking like the mirror universe to then later get Borg technology but I don't know how to do it, can anyone help?

You have to buy an Terran ISS ship with real money store coin. They have given some away in the past. Same with borg tech, have to buy it with store or other coin.

If you want to go the cheaper route they also just sell the ISS tag for your ship.

A Borg ship is expensive unless you're lucky with a lockbox but Borg ship gear costs not too much dilithium via the reputation system. That gets an item set with ship visuals for an engine, spiky thing over the deflector, and a shield.

For an ISS ship it's the C-store that's best. Then it's grind dilithium and see if they give a T6 coupon away. There's a yearly event campaign that'd get 2 T6 coupons but I'm not sure if there's enough time left to complete it this year.

There is. There's JUST enough time left to start at the beginning of the next event and still be able to finish for free.

this years big event at the end give you the option to get a t6 borg ship when you finish it , you have the choice of the H class borg carrierthing or the juggernaut via choice token

The ones from the exchange / lockboxes? I think so.
In fact I'm pretty sure, though not 100% so grain of salt, it's been years since I've flown one of those.

I play properly every day bar the occasional semi-afk in an event if it's a private instance that I've done plenty of times already and I don't remember the ISS title becoming free for everyone but then my 2 main ships are both Mirror so they have the title anyway. It could have happened a few years ago when I took a break, I suppose. /shrug

Not that my post addressed the title. Only 1 person gave (apparently) wrong info about getting a title so where is this 'most' accusation is coming from?

I just tried clicking on the ship rename tag on a few of my characters. I think Starfleet has USS and KCS as defaults. I got a Fed-aligned Dominion character who has "DV" in addition to USS and KCS. For Alliance ships the default is "AFS" but there's also the option for your own faction's prefixes. And for Terran ships it gives you the option for "ISS" in addition to your faction's prefixes. But these are for those specific ships only, owning a Terran or Alliance ship doesn't let me use AFS or ISS on the rest of my ships. Or at least...not from free event ships...I assume it would be the same if I had bought them with Zen.

There we go then. I tried checking it myself and it did let me use ISS on any ship but I was thinking that was maybe because I bought the legendary mirror bundle long ago, and it was. Thanks for confirming.
