Why i cant start duty officers recruitment? i have 50/100

The endeavour is for going to the recruitment npc at starfleet academy or the klingon academy.

Those doff missions to get more doffs from that NPC have a lengthy cooldown i think its about a week?

So if you've recently done those doff recruitment missions at your academy, then you have a wait to go, unless you do the ones that cost dil which you might not have done, i think those also count.

this is a walk through for how to do THIS duty officer mission. I spent all day yesterday trying to figure it out, resorted to the youtube search this morning lol

Yeah, you can only do it once every four days, starting from when you last started the recruiting assignment last time. If it's greyed out, it means the 4 days aren't up yet. You might be able to do it with another character, depending on when you did the assignments with them.

not to be nosey but whats your ingame level? it unlocks somewhat later

think it unlocks on level 11 for level 1 starters and a few levels in for jem hadar.
