Stay tuned for it to reset, probably very soon.
It will tell you when an event grants year long progress.
Short answer: you can't, it's over.
More (and possibly useful) answer: (assuming they have it again)
The event campaign is an annual series of specific events. You get campaign progress by participating in those specific events. There is no rollover of an incomplete from one year to the next.
The campaign has (since campaign #2) consisted of 5 21-day events (with 14-day projects), thus a total of 105 days, and required 70 progress to complete. The events are NOT consecutive - there will be times in between where you can't progress it. (In the past, they've been spaced across the year from late February all the way to November.)
(for completeness, campaign #1, in 2019, only had 4 events, so the numbers were slightly different.)
It's designed so that you could just complete the 5 14-day projects and also complete the campaign (that's how they get the 70, it's 5x14); however, you can continue to earn progress on the "extra" days during each event after completing the event project, so you can actually finish it after the first week of event #4. (3x21 + 7)
TY for the very thorough explanation, the event progress bar made it confusing. Def lot to take in.
Yeah... the 2023 version was a little weird in that respect as events #2 and #3 were both extended due to game login glitches that didn't affect everyone, so some people were able to get extra days out of that. Also it's technically a 20-hour cycle, so if your schedule is flexible, you can pick up one extra credit per week (by progressively doing the event three to four hours earlier each day); the math however was done assuming you get progress once a day.
Anyway... we don't know for sure if there will be another one, but if there is, I would expect the first event of Event Campaign #6 to take place after the end of the Anniversary Event. *POSSIBLY* starting as early as the same day.
