T6 100% Coupon

Trying to figure out if the T6 coupons from the ship bundles like the 12th anniversary are tradeable, getting mixed results from google. As I understand, event issued ones are account bound but the zen store ones in bundles come in some "gift" form you can trade?

And on that note, seriously, how the frick do you get a trade channel invite? Been trying all week nearly. Its easier to walk into A51 and clap some alien cheeks it seems.

Tradeable T6 coupons come in boxes. If you have them in boxes (or they say they are not bound to your account/character) then they'll be tradeable.

Best bet for finding a buyer might be zone chat in Earth Spacedock.

Yeah trying to figure out if those are the ones that come in the ship bundles or not.

The item will tell you if it's bound. I believe giftable coupons are in boxes with the word "giftable" in them.

The wiki says the 12th bundle comes with a giftable T6 100% off coupon.

There used to be a special T6 Couppon Bundle with three coupons to sell and give away, but it's not active right now.

Ah, so the one in the 12th bundle is tradable. Ok. I had to be sure because I intend to sell the coupons to buy my dang Crossfield refit, literally the *only* ship I actually want. The rest of the stuff will be used for the consoles/traits/items etc. But yeah had to be sure I could trade the coupon as I'm using Australian monopoly money and the exchange rate is uh... even on sale I'm still probably going to spend a thousands buckaroos on all this stuff.

Hey, so I just tried to buy a ship with a coupon...I had the coupon in my inventory, then went over to the ship vendor. Clicked on the one I wanted, clicked "buy ship". It opened the menu, it said I had a coupon and it was 100% off, and below that was the button that said "Buy - 2,400 Zen". There's a sale going on, which is why it was down a bit from its normal price. But anyway after clicking it, the ship box is in my inventory, my Zen count has gone down, and my coupon is still there unused. What gives? I'm pretty sure I did the exact same thing before and it expended my coupon instead of my Zen. Did is just bug out because there was a sale? Can I contact customer support and get my Zen back, or am I stuck with this?

First of, not cool to hijack someone else's thread, even less cool to necro it. Better off creating your own thread.

That being said, coupons generally speaking do not apply to ships that are still marked as "new" (I believe those that came from the zen store itself do but those from events and the like do not).
My guess is that you just bought one ship from that category and therefore the coupon was not used.
When you're looking at a ship that you can use the coupon on, the price tag will show it off as a "-100% off" thing; if that's missing you're going to buy it with zen.

You could try contacting support and explain the misunderstanding; no guarantees but in the worst case scenario you'd be stuck with the present situation.

Game cap on EC is 2B if you bought the 5.00 cap removal.

That does not stop you from having many alts all stuffed with EC.
