Error on launcher

Anyone know how to fix this? Tried restarting steam and even my PC to no avail

nothing is fixing it, restart, reboot, fresh install...

I suspect it is server side...

Launch the game through your files instead of steam, it'll work

Just a heads up, if you start the game with the cryptic launcher by running the star trek online executable in the game folder it will let you log on.

Sadly, I too am having the same issue. I checked to make certain all my drivers were up to date. Reset my modem on the off chance it needed a manual restart. Long story shortened, nothing I have tried resolved the issue.

My hunch, it is a problem between Steam and Arc that has to be resolved.

I don't remember my login details and cba to retrieve them.

Doesn't launching it from the files force you to log into an Arc account? What about if you only play through Steam?
