Section 31 Command Heavy Battlecruiser

Hi. I just got this ship from an event box and I'm loving it. I want to try to keep weapons that follow what came with it rather than change weapon types equipped.

I was able to get and upgrade better Photon torpedoes however the Covert Phaser Dual Heavy Cannons were not something I was able to upgrade. Am I able to fabricate better versions of this Phaser turret or is there an equivalent that essentially follows the weapon type? 🤔
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The weapons that come with a ship are... generic, unupgradable weapons. They're not really meant to be used in actual play. Most of the time there exist proper, upgradeable versions of the weapon types you might find coming with a ship, but they are something you need to acquire separately.

In the case of the S31 ships, covert phasers come from the lockboxes that spit out those ships (or came out around the same time as..) and you can find them on the exchange. You can't craft that sort of weapon, only get it from the weapon choice packs that came out of the lockbox.
