Do these weapons no longer exist in the game?

I've seen screenshots of them on the web occassionally. Were they a part of some kind of package that is no longer available?

As far as I understand, these are part of the "Legendary Starfleet Captain's Bundle", and they are supposed to be reskins of fleet weapons, though I can't comment on this as I do not own that bundle.

Edit: Had a quick look around, seems to be reskins of 'Elite Fleet Phaser' weaponry.
