Where is my The 25,000 Experience Bonus Pool?

I bought 25,000 experience bonus pool from the store because I had some leftover credits, so I figured, why not? but when I opened the box and redeemed it, it never appeared in my inventory and I have hovered my mouse over all of the items that are in my inventory to double check and no, it is not there at all.

Is it located somewhere else? can anybody help me with this please? :)
