Overwatch

Plasma Grenades for the DoT (if you manage to get a hold of one, if not I dunno what else to suggest that won't cost you millions of credits on the exchange)

Ambush is pretty nice too if you wanna get in position to flank

Personally, I love Cryo Grenade and Cryonic Missile that you can get from the Winter Event store. Doesn't cost anything (credits or dilithium), just got to get the materials from doing doff missions and activities in Q's Winter Wonderland
