well, there's the 23c bridge officers, the 23c skills, other 23c gear(which you can get playing the time travel missions as loot drops)

Other then that not much, would be nice to be able to get back there though, if for nothing else then the foundry, alot of creators would go crazy with that era.

The BOffs and BOff skills mostly. I blasted through the missions without realising that the last one would cut me off from the 23rd century, so I'm a bit miffed that we can't get back in some way.

I still have the 23c quest with the Tholians in my log, cause there was nothing to indicate the mission that jumps you to the 25th century. it says I can transwarp to it. problem becomes, what happens if i do.

well, you can select to replay any of them, but it lands you at the coordinates in the main sector, and not the 23c, tried that, lol

That kinda sucks, was hoping it'd send me back to have a run around. then again a Prometheus class ship would be a bit obvious. least i think its a prometheus, the tactical ship for rear admial lower half..... also if there's a lower half, why is there not a upper half rank in game?

also where's the option to re-do the missions?

All the 23rd c boff skills are are 23rd c versions of basic boff skills.

Cryptic didn't even bother with making higher level versions, kinda tying into the most money for the least effort n3mes1s mentions in other threads.

Mechanically, the abilities make no difference, except TOS boffs will list both the normal version and the 23rd century version.

I'm personally suprised they didn't just hook up the temporal anomaly for the Captain's Table map and make it transfer to the 23rd century for those who want to go back. They'd have to copy the anomaly to 23c ESD but that would probably be fine.

i agree, but we have two 23rd in game (TOS/Kelvin) I hope Cryptic build Kelvin ver. next year(Star trek new series).

Where's the source on the contract expiring (I'm genuinely curious). Cause according to brandon via the FCT on the official forums the contract doesn't expire for a while yet, and they have an option to renew.

We will only see Kelvin sector space if we get a Kelvin themed expansion of some sort. People keep wanting to go back to 23rd c ESD in order to acquire training manuals for boff skills and other useful things. Plus 23rd century sector space is kinda cool, despite being rather small.

After reading most of the posts here regarding leaving the 23rd Century, a place where I will be playing in for ever it seems, since I don't want to return to this mindless 25th c sheeeeetT! Thanks for the warning that once out you can't go back :) This will be my new home away from home for months... until I feel the need to go back to Battlefield 4!

You are aware that there's only 10 missions in the 23rd century, and one of them automatically forces you to go to the 25th. There's also no ship vendor (there's a ship changer though).

missed some reskins of basic abilitys that make annoying sounds and some phaser arrays that also make annoying sounds(though you can get these as loot in some time travel episodes) honestly..its not an "expansion" it's just another season. no idea why they marketed it the way they did, cause theres not really much content added at all.
ImperatorPavel Jul 18, 2016 @ 3:18pm
If you have the TOS Connie you can get the annoying phasers to level with you. I was suprised they changed the TOS connie phasers to the new ones.

are they the new twin beam arrays? you can also fully upgrade the ones you can buy if you just love the sound(riiight) or the fact they are twin beam(the real reason I might do it) hopefully more twin beam arrays follow
ImperatorPavel Jul 18, 2016 @ 5:04pm
Yeah, they're twin phaser beam arrays.
