Carefully check your mission objectives, or look around for that interaction glow.
Alternatively, if you have done all that and are sure you didn't miss something, just beam up and enter the mission again (just beam up, confirming to leave the mission - but do NOT drop the mission from the log). You will be sent back to the first room or a possible checkpoint this way. You will most likely have to fight your way to your point again, but generally if you encountered a bug / stuck mission progress, this should clear it up without loosing all the progress you made in that mission so far.
Shouldn't be a big deal since you can literally just drop the mission and restart it completely in this case and get to your last point within a few minutes, but what I said above can be used for other, longer missions that get stuck at far later progression as well.
