Mission: Circles within circles
Mission is broken and there is no reference to where you must go or do, please remove it

It's just one of the "go here" missions. In this case it's the gateway to the solonae dyson sphere.

some of the Delta season levels ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dont say ♥♥♥♥ and you are stuck wandering around. wiki that ♥♥♥♥ or skip (in the episodes list) as their rewards are less than exemplary.

To anyone else seeing this thread because they somehow cant proceed for some reason (Like me).

You have to enter the Dyson sphere directly from the Beta quadrant. Don't go to the Delta first even though it's the top suggestion.

Can't say if it's a quest mix-up or whatever the problem is yet, but there are 2 different dyson maps for some reason and one of them do not contain the joint command area, just the regular command and that does not count for some reason.

The Jenolen sphere has a Dyson Command base. The Solonae Dyson Sphere has Dyson Joint command.
